Entering the apartment you'll step into the living area, which leads through to the dining room and kitchen with access to the courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher and induction hob.

Courtyard

The pretty landscaped courtyard at the rear of the apartment is a lovely place to have breakfast or relax with a glass of wine. A magnificent tree fern presides amongst jasmine, bougainvillea, a large hydrangea and other plants.

Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160 cm) and clothes storage. This bedroom faces onto Rue Carnot. No need to worry about noise - it's very quiet!

Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160 cm). En-suite shower room with hand basin. Clothes storage. Located at the rear of the property.

The apartment has a spacious main bathroom with shower, two hand basis and a heated towel rail. Towels and hair dryer provided. The apartment has one separate WC.

If one wants an exceptional place when visiting Bordeaux, Libourne or St Emilion, don’t pass this location. Spacious, well decorated and good location allow for a most pleasant stay.

We loved staying here. It was even prettier than the pictures. Every detail had been thought of from decor, to lighting, to technology, to kitchen gadgets and guide books for the area. The apartment was very very spacious and clean as well. We would highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’appartement est magnifique et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pu visiter Bordeaux (30min) et Saint Émilion (10min) par train, tout est très bien connecté. Super pour un week-end tranquille en couple, famille ou avec des amis. On recommande!
