Ile de Ré House

Get away with us to La Couarde just two minutes on foot from the beach! This comfortable house has all you need for a lazy holiday exploring this blissful island. 9 km from Saint-Martin-de-Ré, 35 km from La Rochelle.

Ground floor

On the ground floor you'll find a porch/cloakroom, living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. There are two courtyards, one at the front of the house, one at the back.

first floor

There are two additional bedrooms on the first floor, both at the rear of the house. You'll also find a second shower room with WC.  

The Courtyards

Catch the sun on the two courtyards at front and back of the house. A great place to enjoy coffee and breakfast croissants or a glass of wine with a plate of oysters!

A spacious open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen provide a comfortable place to relax and enjoy time together.

The bathrooms

The bathrooms on the ground and first floors will both be entirely redone in 2022 to provide modern walk-in showers. Note: photos show bathrooms before renovation.

Just 2 minutes from the house on foot, the beach awaits you for morning jogs, gentle evening strolls and everything inbetween: swimming, surfing, saliing, kiteboarding windsurfing, paddleboarding and lots more besides!
